Any packages that include 1-on-1 session(s), the session(s) must be completed within 6 months.  Any labs which are included in packages will be determined AFTER Julie and her team have been able to review intake forms.  Potential labs include: GI Map, NutrEval, Food Sensitivity Testing, DUTCH, Organic Acids, Heavy Metals, Intestinal Permeability, Functional Labs such as from LabCorp.  Shipping of samples to the labs is included for all except DUTCH.  Functional bloodwork is done at LabCorp and includes labdraw fee.  The NutrEval and Food Sensitivity tests require a blood draw and labdraw fee must be paid by the individual.  Labcorp will NOT draw test kits such as NutrEval or Infinite Allergy Labs and it is the responsibility of the individual to find a lab for the blood draw.  Typically Urgent Care centers, Walk-in Clinics, and places such as AnyLabTestNow offer phlebotomy services for the kits. They typically charge $25-35 per kit however prices vary and this is just a general guideline.
